Welcome to the new site. Since Tommy joined in January there has been more playing, more writing and more drinking than ever. Thanks to all who made it down to The Mercury Lounge on the 16th. You made it an awesome evening for us. We've found a new favourite venue in the Rob Roy. We're pleased with your response to new song, 'Mandy's Big Day Out' which is being recorded as we type. Also keep an ear out for 'Elevators', soon to be played at a venue near you. Some bits of the site are still under construction but they'll be up soon.

	kind of pluto have existed in one form or another for over four years. KOP's lead singer/songwriter, Steven Gates and drummer Simm Thom (actual name) started a duo in '99. After years of experimentation with sound and line-up, KOP are now a monster four piece with Ben Rynderman still stamping the keys and new addition Tommy Kende on bass. KOP's debut EP is still on the CHAOSMUSIC.COM TOP 10 Independent chart after 18 months with songs such as Sleepwalker and Familiar receiving nationwide airplay..... [long rant]
